Lincoln County Hearing Dates
Hearing dates may not be visible in a broad online search. City of Lincolnton Municipal Court is one of the clearest local schedule sources located in research. The city court page says Municipal Court is held the third Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM at City Hall. It names Dianne Ivey as Court Clerk and Michelle R. Harrison and Chadwick Medlin as Municipal Court Judges. City fines can be paid online by selecting City of Lincolnton General Fund and the police fines description.
Superior Court, Probate Court, and Magistrate Court hearing settings should be confirmed with the relevant local office. When a deadline, appeal, payment, bond condition, or failure-to-appear issue depends on a date, the safest record to request is the docket plus the underlying order or notice that created the deadline.
